Oil Mill Machinery
Beckotech supplies, installs and commissions mechanical systems for oil extraction from seeds (sunflower, soybean, groundnut, palm kernel, etc.). This includes seed cleaning, crushing/pressing units, expellers, and oil–cake handling systems sized for small to industrial mills.
We also provide maintenance, spare parts and process optimisation to improve oil yield and reduce energy use from pre-treatment through mechanical extraction and cake discharge.
Vegetable Oil Refinery Plant
The company designs and builds refinery lines that convert crude vegetable oil into edible refined oil by degumming, neutralisation, bleaching and deodorisation. Plants are sized for batch or continuous operation and include effluent handling and quality control systems.
Beckotech supports installation, start-up, lab instrumentation and operator training so customers achieve consistent colour, odour and stability that meet food-safety standards.
Animal/Poultry Feed Plant
Beckotech delivers end-to-end feed plants: raw-material intake and storage, grinding, mixing, conditioning and pelleting lines, plus coolers and bagging or bulk-handling systems. The designs focus on consistent particle size, accurate formulation and hygienic handling to protect feed quality.
We also offer automation for recipe management and dosing, preventive maintenance, and optional additions such as extruders or crumbling units for specialized feeds.
Wheat Roller Flour Mill
Our roller mill solutions include cleaning, conditioning, roller mills, sifters and aspiration systems tuned for wheat-to-flour conversion. Configurations range from single-line small mills to modular multistage mills for higher capacity and multiple flour grades.
Beckotech provides milling layout optimisation to maximise extraction rate and reduce bran contamination, plus installation, commissioning and operator training to maintain consistent flour quality.
Rice Mill
Beckotech’s rice mills cover paddy reception, dehusking, whitening/polishing, grading and bran separation, with moisture control and husk handling. Plants are available for smallholder cooperative scale up to industrial processing, designed to minimise breakage and retain grain quality.
Services include supply of modern de-stoners and color sorters, process automation, and after-sales support to keep throughput and head rice yield high.
Storage Silo
We engineer and supply agricultural and industrial storage silos (steel or concrete), complete with aeration, temperature monitoring, and level-measurement systems to protect bulk grains, seed or powder from spoilage. Structural design accounts for local wind, seismic and foundation conditions.
Beckotech also handles filling/emptying systems (conveyors, bucket elevators), pest control integration and routine inspection/repair services to maximise safe storage life.
Pitless Weighbridge
Beckotech installs above-ground (pitless) weighbridge systems that house load cells in a modular deck avoiding excavation while offering easier maintenance and improved drainage. These are ideal where groundwater, permit limits or quick installation matters.
We supply civil foundations, electronic indicators, data logging, vehicle guidance and calibration services so the weighbridge meets legal-for-trade accuracy and long-term reliability.
Building & Construction
The firm offers civil and structural construction services from foundations and slabs to complete industrial buildings and offices, following local codes and construction best practices. Project management covers procurement, scheduling, quality control and client communication.
We also provide finishing works masonry, plastering, tiling and site utilities to hand over functional buildings ready for operations.
Fabrication & Erection
Beckotech’s workshop fabricates steel structures, process skids, tanks, frames and custom metal components, using cutting, welding and precision fitting to fabrication standards. Prefabrication reduces site time and improves fit-up.
Our erection teams then assemble and bolt/weld the fabricated items on site, performing alignment, non-destructive testing and final paint/coating for corrosion protection.
Electrical & Solar Installations
We design and install electrical distribution networks, switchgear, motor control centres and lighting systems tailored to industrial sites. Beckotech also builds off-grid and grid-tied solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, batteries and balance-of-system components.
Services include wiring, earthing, protection coordination, testing and commissioning, plus preventive maintenance contracts to keep power systems safe and available.
Mining Works
Beckotech provides civil, structural and mechanical services for mining operations: site roads, crusher foundations, plant installations, slurry pipelines and tailings-related civil works. We also supply equipment supports, conveyors and access structures for processing plants.
Our approach emphasises safety, erosion control and rehabilitation planning, helping mines stay productive while complying with environmental and safety regulations.
Warehouse Erection
We design and build warehouses, steel-frames, portal structures, or masonry with attention to clear-span layouts, loading docks, material flow and fire safety. Our scope includes roofing, cladding, insulation and internal racking/fixture coordination.
Beckotech integrates material handling (conveyors, lifts) and security/access systems so the warehouse becomes an efficient hub for storage and distribution.
Pipeline Erection
The company executes pipeline installation for water, slurry, fuel or process lines: trenching, bedding, pipe-laying, welding/jointing, coating and pressure testing. We manage civil reinstatement, cathodic protection and valve/instrumentation installation.
We also handle above-ground supports, river crossings and tie-ins to existing systems with careful planning to meet flow, pressure and environmental constraints.
Lagging
Lagging means insulating pipes, vessels and equipment to control heat loss, prevent condensation, or protect personnel from hot surfaces. Beckotech supplies insulation materials (mineral wool, foam glass, calcium silicate) and applies jacketing (aluminium, stainless steel) for weatherproofing.
Our service covers thermal calculations, custom cutting and skilled application so systems meet thermal performance, fire-safety and site durability requirements while looking neat and serviceable.
Effluent Treatment Plant
